A healthy and delicious homemade granola recipe that uses a single secret ingredient to replace both oil and sweeteners, offering three exciting flavor variations: Vietnamese coffee, matcha strawberry, and dark chocolate strawberry.

Ingredients

  • 350g rolled oats
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 tsp saltOptional
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts)Flavor Options
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried strawberry powder (for strawberry variations)
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules (for Vietnamese coffee variation)
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder (for matcha variation)

Instructions

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients

    Place on sheet pan covered with parchment paper

    Bake at 300 F for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and slightly crisp. Keep a close eye to prevent burning.
